Cash Replenishment

ATM cassettes prepared at Banks’ or SecurVerdi’s centers are transported in armoured vehicles to ATMs with all safety precautions taken.

Cash Management

All ATMs are followed-up on real-time basis by SecurVerdi and the forecasts required for cash replenishment are electronically and statistically realized. The cash amounts required for cash replenishment are received from the center and thus, it is ensured that ATM devices are not in “out of cash” position with the minimum amount of cash.

 Handling of Envelopes 

This process consists of such services as collection of the cash envelopes deposited by customers of banks, the counting thereof, the opening of the same under camera control at cash handling centers of SecurVerdi and reaching agreement with customers in an electronical environment.

 Repair / Maintenance

Repair/maintenance services of world standards are provided, within the framework of our service understanding from A to Z, at every level irrespective of brand together with our business partners. Furthermore,  all ATMs are proactively monitored from the network and  all additional services, including preventive maintenance, replenishment of consumption materials such as paper and cartrigde and environmental cleaning, are provided.
